  • 1. What areas do you deliver to? At this stage we deliver to all areas within Sydney Eastern suburbs: Alexandria, Bellevue Hill, Bondi, Bondi Beach, Bondi Junction, Coogee, Double Bay, Edgecliff, Kensington, Kings Cross, Kingsford, Moore Park, North Bondi, Point Pier, Randwick, Redfern, Rose Bay, Rushcutters Bay, Surry Hills, Sydney CBD, Vaucluse, Waterloo, Watsons Bay, Waverley, Woollahra, Zetland and any other area in the east. We would even consider going a little further, feel free to contact us on 1300 811 461 or if your area is not listed.
  • 2. What are your delivery prices? Delivery is FREE.
  • 3. What is your delivery schedule? We deliver on Sundays, between 6am and 6pm.
  • 4. What is the cut off time to place my order? The cut-off time for new orders is 24 hours prior to delivery time.
  • 5. What is the cut off time to cancel my order? The cancellation cut-off time is 24 hours prior to delivery time.
  • 6. Is it possible to arrange a delivery outside of Sydney Eastern suburbs? Yes, this can be arranged. Please contact us to make special arrangements.
  • 7. What if I’m not home to accept the delivery? We prefer for customers to accept the order personally, but we understand it’s not always possible. If you won’t be home, you’ll need to instruct us where to leave the order (eg. shaded area, safe, protected from the weather or a friendly neighbour).
  • 8. What if the service or produce is unsatisfactory? We pride ourselves in delivering the best service possible to all our customers. If there is a mistake or your order is unsatisfactory, please feel free to contact us online or call us on 1300 811 461. If your order is unsatisfactory, we’re more than happy to replace the item(s) or refund your money, we pride ourselves on our Our Guarantee.
  • 9. Is your produce Australian? We source all of our produce from local farmers and local markets. All of our produce is Australian grown unless otherwise specified.
  • 10. How do I make a payment? Payments can be made via credit card (and Pay Pal?) on our website.
  • 11. Are my credit card details secure? All card details are encrypted using the most up-to-date and comprehensive technology available. This means that nobody (including us) is able to view your credit card details at any time.
  • 12. How does your produce compare to local grocers and supermarkets? We pride ourselves on the quality and freshness of our fruit and vegetables. We stock produce the same day as we deliver it to you, ensuring that you get the freshest produce on the market. Plus, we don’t need to refrigerate or store any of our produce for days or weeks at a time – unlike supermarkets and grocers.
  • 13. How do your prices compare to local grocers and supermarkets? Our prices offer equal or better value than your local grocer or the supermarket. That’s because we run a small local business, which means we do not have any shareholders to satisfy and can pass savings directly on to our customers. We stock our produce the same day as we deliver. That means we save on storage and electricity costs. Also, there’s the time factor: imagine how much time you can save each week on grocery shopping. Lots!
  • 14. What can I do with my empty boxes? We’re more than happy to collect your empty boxes at the next delivery. These boxes can be used for at least 2 more deliveries, so let’s recycle together and save!
