Instructions:

  • 5 kale leaves
  • 2 table spoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 table spoons of freshly chopped dill
  • half a table spoon of apple cider vinegar
  • 50 grams of feta
  • a handful of cherry tomatoes(halved)
  • 1 teaspoon of mustard
  • 1/8 of red or brown onion (finely sliced)
  • salt and pepper to taste

 

Suggestion: If you are in the mood for a little bit of chilli, please feel free to add some chilli flakes to the mix together with salt and paper.
